Mac Software deinstallieren mit PearCleaner

Ein Thema, das oft verunsichert. Was wird alles gelöscht, wenn ich eine Software aus dem System in den Papierkorb verschiebe? Werden alle Einträge entfernt? Ein alter Bekannter ist der AppCleaner. Funktioniert eigentlich problemlos. Es werden auch Updates nachgereicht.
Herr Wullschleger hat kürzlich den PearCleaner empfohlen. Versuchsweise installiert. Verlangt tiefgreifende Berechtigungen. Soweit sogut. Nun hat meine Security Software zweimal Alarm geschlagen. Seit 1 Jahr das erste Mal. Das erste Mal PearCleaner-Update blockiert. Das zweite Mal kam ein Malwareangriff. Malware.OSX/AVI.Adload.gyfuu. Zugriff zum Glück blockiert und in Quarantäne verschoben. Zufall? Das Tool schleunigst entfernt.
Was sind hier Empfehlungen wert? Sind sie getestet?

First of all, we would like to point out that you do not need to delete this file from your computer. It is currently blocked.
At the moment our security specialists are analyzing it. All indications are that it is part of a macOS upgrade that has been blocked due to its specific structure. We are currently waiting for the results of the tests and will soon inform you of the actions that should be taken as a result.
So please be patient for a little while longer, but thoroughness and meticulousness is essential in such cases.

Thank you for your submission.
Our analysis has found that the file you submitted is clean.
Our security products recently had a False Positive related to this file and the issue was then fixed automatically via F-Secure's Security Cloud.
Meine Security Software hat eine Datei als falsch positiv bewertet. Die Angelegenheit wurde korrekt abgewickelt, was einem beruhigen kann. Lieber einmal zuviel, als einmal zu wenig abgeschirmt.
Mein Handel entsprach der damaligen Situation und für falsche Aussagen oder Unterstellungen meinerseits entschuldige ich mich.
